Hi, my name is Pauline Soo and I’m a virtual assistant who has many years of experience as a PA/EA/Administrator.
I’ve worked in various industries, from finance to graphic design and the arts and have developed a wide range of skills. I’ve also reported to all levels from large teams to senior directors and partners. In 2019 I knew that I wanted a job with more flexible hours to suit my family commitments and realised that I could use all the skills I’ve learned over the years to become a virtual assistant.
Having worked at an investment bank for over 11 years and rating agencies for over 6 years prior to that I understand the high degree of detail and accuracy required to provide efficient support and working to deadlines. Time management was one of the most important factors in keeping on top of multiple tasks and projects.
A fascinating sector I worked in was graphic design and I managed a busy studio supporting the designers and account managers as well as being PA to the chairman which was fast paced and fun but always focussed on professionalism and exceeding clients’ expectations on their brief.
I was an education assistant at a large gallery in London which involved assisting with all the events they held for art teachers and the general public as well as organising school visits which was very rewarding, especially receiving children’s pictures to thank us for returning their forgotten coat, scarf or hat!
Based in West Essex, I work remotely from my home office to provide an efficient service that clients can rely on. Because I’ve worked in many different sectors, I am adaptable and flexible and happy to wear lots of different hats, working on tasks such as appointment booking, invoicing, typing, data entry, reporting, proofreading, researching and diary management to name a few.
If you’d like to know more about my background and to find out how I could support you and your business, please get in touch for a no obligation consultation.
Pauline

Why use a virtual assistant?
Save time
Using a virtual assistant means you can delegate admin tasks to reduce your workload and leave you free to fully concentrate your time and energy on the things you need to do for your business or home life.
No agency costs
By working with a virtual assistant as a freelance contractor, you only pay for the hours I work, with no agency fees or office and equipment needed. You can scale up your business without increased operational costs.
Flexibility
You can take advantage of the flexible work schedule of an assistant and pay for as many hours as needed on an ad-hoc basis depending on your current needs or I can complete work on a retained basis, with a set number of hours scheduled per month.
